Rule & Regulations

1. The application form should be filled up by the applicant’s own hand writting in BLOCK LETTERS.

2.  One passport size photo should be pasted on the admission form and another two should be enclosed along with the envelope.

3.  Xerox copy of the marksheet of the previous examination must be provided with the application.

4.  Total Fees will be paid along with the application form with all documents at our office in person or by  Pay order / DD Dr. Maity Educational & Medical Research Institute Pvt. Ltd..

 5. DD should be payable only at Kolkata. Cheque is not acceptable.

6.  All correspondence should be addressed to ‘Rainbow’, 166/C/515/1, Lake Gardens, Kolkata – 45, West Bengal.

7.  Fees once paid shall in no case be refunded or be transferred or adjusted against any other name.

8.  Director Reserves the right to reject / accept any application form without asigning any reason.

9.  Director has the right to expel a student in case of misbehaviour, irregularity or misconduct. Unsatisfactory attendence/performance is also liable to expulsion from classes. No refund of fees whatsoever will be made in such circumstances.

10. Students shall send a photocopy of Admit Card of the Entrance Examination he/she is appearing one month before the Final Examination. If he/she does not do so, then he/she will not be considered as a  student of this institute.

11. The institute has every right to publish the photographs of students as and when required.

12. Students must be punctual & regular in attendance. In case of absence for more than 4 weeks without any notice, the candidature will be struck out of the register & readmission has to be taken.

13. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against any student indulging in misconducts.

14. Medium of instruction / study materials : English / Bengali (for WBJEE).

15. The entire study material/notes provided by the institute is only for the use of the bonafide students. Institute reserved all copy right privileges over their lessons.If at any stage it is found that our study materials are redistributed, copied sold or loaned to someone else or getting admission by forging marksheet or signature of parent or principal, in that case the registration of such student will be cancelled and the fees paid up will be forfeited. Decision of the Board of Directors in this regard will be final.

16. Institute has the right to change the programme schedule if required.

17.For instalment – 50% of total amount should be paid at the time of admission and remaining amount should be paid within next two months likewise : 50% of the remaining is to be paid in immediate next month and rest 50% of the remaining is to be paid in 2nd month.
